The essentials

MailCura helps you prepare written drafts. It does not send messages for you, replace professional advice or guarantee that AI-generated wording is accurate.

01Review every draft

You remain responsible for the final message and where you send it.

02Use it lawfully

Do not use MailCura to harm, deceive, harass or violate another person’s rights.

03Store purchases apply

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed and managed through the relevant app store.

04Your statutory rights remain

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing or using MailCura, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use MailCura for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

MailCura is provided by Dynasoft Limited, company number 08895737, of 11 Passfield Drive, Poplar, London E14 6QJ, United Kingdom.

2. What MailCura provides

MailCura is an AI-assisted writing tool for creating and refining emails, letters and other everyday communications. Features may include templates, style controls, translation, profile values, confidence reviews, draft storage and sharing controls.

MailCura prepares text for your review. It does not send a message or submit a document without your action.

MailCura is not a professional adviser. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment or other regulated advice.

3. Accounts and security

Some features may be available anonymously; others require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Accounts and purchased entitlements are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared as a commercial service.

4. Your content and AI-generated output

You retain your rights in text and other content you submit. You grant Dynasoft Limited a limited licence to host, process, transmit and reproduce that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve MailCura and provide the features you request.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use AI-generated output produced for you. Because AI can produce similar or inaccurate text, output may not be unique and we do not guarantee that it is error-free, suitable for a particular purpose or free from third-party claims.

You must review the output and ensure that your final communication is accurate, lawful, appropriate and does not disclose information without authority.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use MailCura to:

  • break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or breach a duty of confidence;
  • create threats, harassment, abuse, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, spam or deliberately deceptive communications;
  • submit malicious code, interfere with security, probe systems or attempt unauthorised access;
  • automate, scrape, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it;
  • circumvent credit, purchase, account or usage controls;
  • use the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems or harms other users.

We may block content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, our systems or the law.

6. Credits and free allowances

MailCura may use credits to measure draft generation. The app will show the credits included with a free allowance, subscription or one-off pack before you obtain it.

  • Credits are a limited contractual right to use eligible MailCura features. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • A generated draft may consume a credit even if you later choose not to use the output.
  • We may correct credit balances affected by fraud, duplicate transactions, technical error or a reversed/refunded purchase.
  • Promotional or free credits may have separate limits shown when issued.

We will not remove purchased credits arbitrarily. Any material change to how purchased credits operate will be communicated in advance and will not affect mandatory consumer rights.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Prices, billing periods, included credits and any trial terms are shown in the app store purchase screen before you confirm payment. The app store processes payment and may apply taxes or local pricing.

Auto-renewal

A MailCura subscription renews automatically for the displayed billing period unless you cancel it through your app-store account before renewal. Deleting MailCura or your MailCura account does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the relevant app-store subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled under the app store’s rules and applicable consumer law.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed or found to be invalid, we may remove the corresponding subscription entitlement or unused credits. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to faulty digital content or services.

8. MailCura ownership

MailCura, including its software, branding, interface, templates, documentation and underlying technology, belongs to Dynasoft Limited or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

“MailCura”, the MailCura logo and associated branding may not be used without written permission.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, technical or commercial reasons.

Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by law. You are responsible for keeping copies of important final communications outside MailCura.

10. Disclaimers and liability

MailCura is supplied with reasonable care and skill. However, AI-generated output depends on the information supplied and may contain mistakes. You must independently review important content before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasoft Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of MailCura.

For paid consumer use, our total liability arising from the affected service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event or £100, unless a higher amount is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

11. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using MailCura at any time and may request account deletion through the app or the account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse purchases or credits, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will explain the action and allow you to appeal by emailing info@dynasoft.co.uk.

Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions—survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please email us first at info@dynasoft.co.uk so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to MailCura, app-store requirements, providers or law. We will publish the revised terms with a new effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires a different process.
